A Fantabulous Corporate Tour in Thailand with Jetsup Holidays

(A brief narration of a Tour in Thailand)

• The author has narrated her travel experience while she was part of the leading team of Jetsup Holidays.

A lady was trying to balance herself on the surfing board for Kitesurfing and suddenly a thrust of air drags her in a way that she abruptly falls in the water. A group nearby roared hilariously over her fall. And the lady also started laughing while raising her hands out of the water like she has conquered a war in the ocean.

I was amazed to see her reaction and the unanimous humor of that group. The lady was none other than a member of the same group and they all were employees of a Multi-National Company. This was the beginning of the first day of their Corporate tour with Jetsup Holidays in Thailand.

My Jetsup Holidays team and I were escorting and leading our clients on their tour. I was enjoying the trip while focusing on our clients’ reaction and their enjoyment on the trip. We were moving on a two-day trip. The trip begins from Hua Hin beach. Our guests were preparing themselves for Kitesurfing.

While the trainer was guiding them about the basic rules of maneuvering Kitesurfing, I was feeling safe at least I am not trying to do such thrilling watersports because I personally lack the courage to try such things. When the trainer asked ‘who is going to start this first’? All the men in the group present there simultaneously said ‘Ladies first’. I thought maybe this is the first time when men were actually happy to offer something first to a lady.

I hadn’t seen such an amusing and funny moment in any tour in International locations. As Thailand is one of the best tourist locations in the world, how could one stop to unleash oneself in such an awesome place? Meanwhile, some of them tried Kitesurfing well while some enjoyed watching others.

In all ways, they were enjoying by screaming, shouting, hooting, and singing too. For us, leading a group of 56 persons was not difficult but it was difficult in order to ask them to move for the next location because they were relishing having such an extraordinary period and not willing to leave Hua Hin beach. But anyhow, we had to move on so we moved to perform the next adventure activity.

We were all moving to Pattaya to perform the next adventurous act which was… 

Jet Skiing:

Jet Skiing is one of the popular watersports in Thailand. Riding a bike on water could be very fascinating and thrilling for anyone. The crowd around the beach was also inspiring as everyone present there was enjoying the energizing atmosphere on the beach. Our group was also excited to try this adventure.

We were witnessing them by standing spectators on the beach. Suddenly, I saw a person (of our group) who accelerated uncontrollably and he was just about to smash into another Jet bike but thank God! the other rider just diverted his bike. This time I got a bit scared of their acting like a Daredevil. I was in a dilemma whether I should encourage them or calm their enthusiasm. We again have to move to the next Adventure as part of our tour plan.

Parasailing:

Parasailing is almost similar to kitesurfing. In this watersport, boat maneuvers the riders instead of a kite. Our group prepared themselves for this fabulous ride. But I was curiously scared what unexpected could happen as there wasn’t an activity where someone hasn’t enjoyed his failure to try any watersport, but yes, there were some who showed their raw courage like a daredevil.

This time only 12 people, including the same lady, tried this adventurous watersport. And I was partially closing my eyes as I didn’t have the courage to see their adventure ride. I felt relaxed when everyone performed the Parasailing successfully and even more amazingly. Then our expedition goes to….

Kaeng Krachan National Park:

Thailand has a very rich biodiversity. From Elephant, macaque, barking deer, sambar deer, gibbon, and many other attractive animals. Especially, Thai Elephants which take a very special place in Thailand’s culture and its unique history. We all enjoyed a fabulous trip at Kaeng Krachan National Park.

By exploring such wildlife, I was personally fascinated about how Thailand is privileged to have such a rich biodiversity. This is how we accomplished our one and a half-day trip. Now we were heading to the end of this tour.

Being a travel enthusiastic person, I am always interested to ponder on small things like; People’s reaction, their morale, their expressed emotions while traveling and how much they appreciate our efforts whether we are delivering the best travel services to our people.

What I concluded from this amazing tour in Thailand this fabulous country has a lot of promising opportunities in the tourism sector and especially for a group tour. Why I am saying that Thailand could be the best choice for corporate and MICE destinations, I would say by the following reasons.

Fabulous Adventure Tourism in Thailand

It has a very salient terrain and easy geographical accessibility. There are numerous watersports, adventure sports, and amazing things to do in Thailand. It is considered that Thailand provides the most affordable adventure tourism in the world, therefore, you don’t have to minimize your budget but you would definitely want to maximize your enthusiasm to try all these adventurous sports.

In fact, these adventures can be a boon in psychological strengthening too. In the corporate world, stress issues are always a primary concern. Researchers have suggested that adventure sports push your adrenaline hormone which eventually positively affects your mental strength and capability.

Excellent Convention and exhibition centers for MICE:  Thailand takes pride in having world-class convention and exhibition centers in Bangkok and in other famous destinations such as Pattaya, Phuket, etc. Especially Bangkok International Trade and exhibition center, when I had visited this center during my previous tour in Bangkok. I was astonished to experience the huge response of the public and their hospitality towards its guests.

Fantastic Hotels:

From two-star hotels to five-star luxurious hotels. There are many lavish and affordable range of Hotels, resorts, lodges, and other accommodation facility. But this country praises itself of providing the most affordable five-star hotels. This factor impacts impressively to manage a corporate group tour budget.

Ease of Travel:

Thailand has started to provide visa-on-arrival facilities to 76 countries and territories. This country has also a convenient system of completing visa application process which sometimes approved in two working days for Diplomatic missions. In addition to this, it has good airline links. Bangkok’s Suvarnabhumi International airport serves more than 80 scheduled airlines from 116 cities worldwide.

Beaches:  Thailand has truly impressive beaches that attract tourists from all across the globe. Its geographical design is certainly appealing. The fantabulous atmosphere, amazing festivals, watersports. There are many great things to do on Thailand’s Beaches. You would surely have one of the most memorable trips if you visit these beaches.

All these factors which I observed that making Thailand one of the best Holiday destinations and emerging as a famous MICE destination in the world. And all these considerations I assessed during this amazing tour.

But the trip hadn’t finished yet. We were on the final day of holiday. In addition to adventure activity, we also did shopping in the famous markets, ate delicious food, cruise ride, and much more. Finally, we took our flight in the night.

With all these fabulous tour experiences, I would definitely say that Thailand has great reasons for planning a trip. And how a fantastic tour can boost people’s morale, skills, mutual togetherness and the mental strength, is undoubtedly impressive.
